Influence of Job Insecurity on Innovative Work Behavior for Outsourcing Employees

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect job insecurity on innovative work behavior in outsourced employees. This used all employees at STO Telkom Cinta Damai as many 120 people research subjects. analyzed using simple linear regression SPSS program. results showed that there a negative influence between and by 0.196. From analysis, it is also known contributes much 3.8% Damai. Based findings, negatively affects 3.8%, while remaining 96.2% influenced other factors.
